Wild Alaskan Copper River Coho Salmon 8oz portions - Frozen

These salmon are truly the highest quality and most sought after fish in the world. It is well known that Copper River Salmon are famous, this is due to their high-fat content and richness in heart-healthy Omega 3s. These give the Coho a mild, firm texture. Perfect for grilling, frying, and baking. They are larger than sockeye so we cut them into the larger 8oz portions.

All of our Coho salmon are hand picked out of the cold glacial fed waters of the Copper River Delta by Captain Ken Jones himself. Ken has outfitted his boat, the F/V Second Wind, to protect the quality and integrity of every fish that crosses his deck. All of our salmon are immersion bled immediately after leaving the salt water, and then placed into slush iced and insulated holds for transportation back to town.

Our portions are hand cut, carefully wrapped in parchment paper, individually vacuum sealed, and flash frozen for quality. These steps ensure your salmon never touches plastic, and adds an extra barrier to lock in the premium taste and quality of this truly one of a kind product. Sushi Quality ensured by holding at time/temps approved for eating raw.
